MouseChat is a subscription-based software service that helps users generate AI-assisted message and email drafts. Users are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, approving, and sending all generated content. The service may not be used for spam, fraud, harassment, impersonation, unlawful activity, or abusive automated communication. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Customers may request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase if they are not satisfied with the service. Refund requests submitted after 14 days may be declined. To request a refund, contact support at support@mousechat.app.
